Thank you for your interest in the Gravity Quilt Club at Mojo Quilts & More! Because this is a year-long program with limited enrollment, materials are ordered and prepared specifically for registered participants. Please review the following policies before registering.
The $95 registration fee reserves your place in the Gravity Quilt Club.
Registration is confirmed once payment has been received.
Space is limited and registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Registration cancellations received on or before December 1, 2026, are eligible for a refund of the registration fee, less a $25 administrative fee.
Books, rulers, and other merchandise may be returned according to the Mojo Quilts & More return policy. Items must be in new, unopened condition to be eligible for return.
Because materials are ordered and classroom preparations begin after December 1:
Registration fees are non-refundable after December 1, 2026.
Monthly club fees are non-refundable once billed.
Monthly Mojo Curated Fabric Kits that have been cut, prepared, or specially ordered are non-refundable and non-transferable.
The Gravity Quilt Club is a year-long instructional program.
If you are unable to attend a monthly meeting:
Prepaid fabric kits and handouts (when applicable) will be available for pickup during regular business hours.
Missed meetings cannot be rescheduled or repeated.
No refunds or credits will be issued for missed meetings.
No refunds will be issued due to changes in a participant's personal schedule, vacations, work commitments, illness, family obligations, or inability to attend individual meetings.
Monthly club fees are due before each scheduled meeting.
Participants who fall behind on monthly payments may be unable to continue participating until their account has been brought current.
Pattern books, rulers, fabric, batting, backing, and other supplies are subject to the standard Mojo Quilts & More return policy.
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Cut fabric
Monthly Mojo Curated Fabric Kits
Special-order merchandise
Opened pattern books
Opened rulers or tools
Mojo Quilts & More reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to meeting dates or schedules due to weather, instructor illness, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be notified as soon as possible of any changes.
