Custom Order Policy
After you submit your request, I'll review your ideas and photos, then contact you with a personalized quote and next steps. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins.
The remaining balance and return shipping charges are due before your completed garment is shipped.
Because each piece is created especially for you, all custom orders are final.
If additional work is requested after the design has been approved, additional charges may apply.
