Molas are traditional textiles that combine applique, reverse applique, and embroidery and are made by Kuna women from the San Blas archipelago of Panama. This colorful mola has two big smiling birds. The design is on the front of a black quilted cotton handbag with a zipper and two long handles. The purse is in excellent condition, rarely if ever used, and with just a little wear on the mola.
Size: The purse is 19 inches wide x 13 inches tall with a 2 inch gusset. The handles are 25 inches long.
